Please make it with high resolution (at least 300 dpi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please make sure to submit your poster before <strong>November 17th, 2023<\/strong> so that we can print and prepare your poster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We also strongly encourage all authors (Keynote\/Invited or General) to submit <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">a pre-recorded presentation<\/mark><\/strong> to VANJ2023, to avoid possible technical issues on the conference dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to prepare a pre-recorded video<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Language: English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration: 7-10 minutes (General oral presentations) or 3-5 minutes (General poster presentations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Format file: .mp4 or .mov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum height: 480 pixels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aspect ratio: 16:9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File name: Type of presentation_name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File size: less than 100 MB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subtitle: Not mandatory, but super nice-to-have&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A useful best-practice instruction for creating a remote presentation video can be find <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/sigchi\/a-remote-video-presentation-guide-93957c63aa7a\">here<\/a>:&nbsp;<br>There might be a case your video is larger than 100MB.
