1. Is the conference available online?<\/strong>
The VANJ Conference 2025 will be hybrid in Kyoto (Kyoto University) and online through Zoom. Note that only General Sessions will be online, Special Sessions will be in-person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. How to interact with speakers?
<\/strong>VANJ Conference 2025 will be held onsite in Kyoto. Registration will be open soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The online venue will be on the Zoom Event platform. Admission of attendees to the platform will be started from November 2025. Inside the platform, attendees can interact with the speakers, authors, and presenters before, during, and possibly after the conference.

4. How long is abstract?
<\/strong>About 300 \u2013 400 words. And maximum 2 pages to be considered for Award and\/or recommended for publication in the Japanese Science and Technology Compendium,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Can I include figures in the abstract?
<\/strong><\/strong>Yes, if it does not exceed page length limit of an abstract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Is the conference free for attending?
<\/strong><\/strong>Yes, it is FREE for all the participants, including speakers and the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Will registration be required? When will it be available?
<\/strong><\/strong>All audience and presenters are required to register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

8. What types of presentations will be included in the conference?
<\/strong><\/strong>There will be selected oral presentations and poster presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. What time zone will this conference occur in?
<\/strong><\/strong>The conference time is in the JST (Japan Standard Time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Can attendees download or share my presentation?<\/strong><\/strong>
VANJ Conference 2025\u2019s online platform will not permit downloading or sharing of content. VANJ Conference 2025\u2019s policy strictly prohibits any recording of presentations. Any attendees who do not comply with the VANJ Conference 2025 policy may have their access to meeting content revoked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Will the scientific sessions be on Livestream on the day of the conference?<\/strong>
VANJ Conference 2025 does not plan to live stream all the scientific sessions. The live streaming may or may not happen depending on the policy of each session. To assure your attendance in the interested session, please register as an audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Will the online platform links be published for everyone to attend?<\/strong>
No, to avoid overload of the platform, the access links will only be provided for the registered speakers and audiences. To assure your attendance in the interested session, please register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
