The general steps are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Log in to OJS<\/strong> system using the <strong>same account<\/strong> when submitted the abstract:<br><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/submit.vanj.jp\/index.php\/vanj2024\" title=\"\">https:\/\/submit.vanj.jp<\/a><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View &gt; Add discussion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>every <\/strong>participants &gt; Fill in required information &gt; Upload File<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Article Component<\/strong>: choose <strong>Other <\/strong>&gt; Upload &gt; Choose file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue &gt; Continue &gt; Complete &gt; OK<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be used to pre-evaluate for Best Oral or Poster Presentation Awards, and in the case of bad connection or other technical issue on the conference dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Oral Presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Format file: .pdf or .pptx<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File name: Type of presentation_name <br>(e.g., Oral_Vu Van A)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation time: 10 minutes. Q&amp;A: 5 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to submit Oral presentation materials: <a href=\"https:\/\/conf.vanj.jp\/2025\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/How-to-submit-Oral-Presentation-materials-to-VANJ-Conference.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">link<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Poster Presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A0 <\/strong>size poster, <strong>portrait <\/strong>orientation, PDF file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File name: Type of presentation_name <br> (e.g., Poster_Vu Van A)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please make sure to submit your <strong>poster and recorded presentation <\/strong>before <strong>December 16th (Tue), 2025<\/strong> so that we can upload your poster to website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>recorded presentation<\/strong> should be <strong>around 5-7 minutes<\/strong>, and <strong>uploaded to Youtube<\/strong>. The video should be set to open access, and the <strong>link submitted together with the poster. <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to submit Poster presentation materials: <a href=\"https:\/\/conf.vanj.jp\/2025\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/How-to-submit-Poster-Presentation-materials-to-VANJ-Conference.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">link<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8125a4f13ab28806610bb78966b95620\">We also strongly encourage all authors (Keynote\/Invited or General) to submit <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>a pre-recorded presentation<\/strong><\/mark> to VANJ Conference 2025, to avoid possible technical issues on the conference dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to prepare a pre-recorded video<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Language: English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration: 7-10 minutes (General Oral presentations) or 5-7 minutes (General Poster presentations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Format file: .mp4 or .mov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum height: 480 pixels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aspect ratio: 16:9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File name: Type of presentation_name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File size: less than 100 MB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subtitle: Not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A useful best-practice instruction for creating a remote presentation video can be find <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/sigchi\/a-remote-video-presentation-guide-93957c63aa7a\">here<\/a>:&nbsp;<br>There might be a case your video is larger than 100MB.
