2. Create an account in the VANJ Submission system (OJS platform)
* The contributors of VANJ Conference 2023 can use registered account of previous conference.
- Step 1: Click Make a Submission
- Step 2: Click Register to create a new account
- Step 3: Input the required information, and click Register
- Step 4: Check your email for the verification link. The email (sent from conf@vanj.jp) usually arrives in 5 minutes. If you do not receive any email within 1 hour, please contact us at: conf@vanj.jp
- Step 5: Log In with your registered username and password and click New Submission.
- Step 6: Follow the 5 steps as instructed on the website to submit.
We will send you a confirmation email once the submission is finished.
