We invite researchers, students, professionals, and practitioners to share your latest findings, innovative ideas, and ongoing studies across:
Science, engineering & technology Social sciences, humanities & economics Education, medicine & healthcare Agriculture, environmental studies & sustainability
Submissions that bridge disciplines, tackle real-world problems, or propose bold new research directions are especially encouraged. As a platform connecting researchers across Japan, Vietnam, and the international community, VANJ 2026 is about meaningful discussion, knowledge exchange, and lasting collaboration — with student presentations and work-in-progress research warmly welcomed too!
NEW FOR 2026: Optional publication in the official VANJ Conference Proceedings with DOI & ISBN!
After your abstract is accepted, you may optionally submit a 2-page manuscript (A4, incl. figures & references) for the proceedings — not mandatory, but a great way to formalize your work and boost its visibility. Each manuscript goes through review by at least two reviewers for clarity, originality, scientific quality, and relevance, with results announced ~2 weeks after the deadline.
Submission Guidelines:
Abstract: ~300–400 words, 1 page A4 (official template, format must not be modified)
Proceedings manuscript: 2 pages A4 (official template, format must not be modified)
Presentation: Oral or Poster (hybrid)
