2. Create an account in the VANJ Submission system (Indico platform)

- Step 1: Click Login
- Step 2: Click “create one here” to create a new account
- Step 3: Input Email, Captcha, and click Send me a verification email
- Step 4: Check your email for the verification link. The email (sent from conf@vanj.jp) usually arrives in 5 minutes. If you do not receive any email within 1 hour, please contact us at: conf@vanj.jp
- Step 5: Input the necessary information, then click “Create my Indico profile”
3. Submit your manuscript at
https://vanj.jp/links/vanj2022-submission
- Step 6: Click on “Submit new abstract”
- Step 7: Input and upload manuscript PDF.
We will send you a confirmation email once the submission is finished.
