Oral Presentation

  • Format file: .pdf or .pptx
  • File name: Type of presentation_name
    (e.g., Oral_Vu Van A)
  • Presentation time: 10 minutes
  • Q&A: 3 minutes

Poster Presentation

  • A0 size poster, .pdf
  • File name: Type of presentation_name
    (e.g., Poster_Vu Van A)
  • We will print your poster and exhibit at the conference venue. Please make it with high resolution (at least 300 dpi)
  • Please make sure to submit your poster before November 17th, 2023 so that we can print and prepare your poster.

We also strongly encourage all authors (Keynote/Invited or General) to submit a pre-recorded presentation to VANJ2023, to avoid possible technical issues on the conference dates.

How to prepare a pre-recorded video

  • Language: English
  • Duration: 7-10 minutes (General oral presentations) or 3-5 minutes (General poster presentations)
  • Format file: .mp4 or .mov
  • Minimum height: 480 pixels
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • File name: Type of presentation_name
  • File size: less than 100 MB
  • Subtitle: Not mandatory, but super nice-to-have

A useful best-practice instruction for creating a remote presentation video can be find here
There might be a case your video is larger than 100MB. We suggest using an open-source video transcoder such as Handbrake with the Fast 1080p30 option to reduce the file size.
